SD 23 mentorship participants talk about their experiences in the mentorship program and how these experiences have connected their learning in teacher education to their learning as working teachers, connected them to their teaching colleagues, provided a space to examine quality teaching practice through co-planning and co-teaching and encouraged them to embrace a growth mindset of learning and risk taking.
