Changing the Narrative


Stories about education and educators are everywhere, from the 6 o’clock news to the check out line at the grocery store. During a panel discussion at the first annual Provincial Mentorship Conference last April, Dr. Linda Farr Darling from UBC challenged educators to “change the narratives that get out there.”

How do we change the public narrative to better represent the wonderful things teachers are doing?
